Sunset Villas are nice. Roomy. Most units have three bedrooms and a two-story layout, with the bedrooms upstairs away from the living space.
The units are a short walk from the Southampton Shopping Center, and a lot of them look out over the strait.
$618 a month on the 2025 and 2026 sales in BAREIS, up from $600 in early 2025. Get the current budget and reserve study from the HOA before you write an offer.
